Energy for later in the day
A compatible battery can store surplus solar for use when household demand rises. PSA checks generation, evening use and usable capacity before recommending the system.
Home battery installation Perth
New and retrofit battery systems planned around evening use, existing solar equipment, switchboard conditions and the backup that matters to you.

FoxESS batteries, installed by PSA
Bring solar, storage and everyday energy use together. Perth Solar & Air supplies and installs selected FoxESS battery and inverter systems, with the equipment matched to your home and a practical monitoring handover.
A compatible battery can store surplus solar for use when household demand rises. PSA checks generation, evening use and usable capacity before recommending the system.
Selected FoxESS ranges offer modular capacity. We confirm compatible batteries, inverter limits and installation conditions rather than assuming every system can expand.
Supported equipment and a working data connection let you view solar, battery and household energy information in FoxCloud. PSA explains the monitoring setup at handover.
PSA is your installation team; FoxESS is the equipment manufacturer. Model suitability, backup circuits and any future expansion are confirmed in your written design.
These catalogue listings are supply-only equipment. Installation, a compatible inverter and the property assessment are separate; the product page shows current pricing and availability.

Battery price starting points
Battery cost depends on usable capacity, compatibility, backup scope, switchboard work and verified rebate eligibility. These are PSA's current published starting points—not a substitute for the written site-specific quote.
Approximately 13 kW solar, a 10 kW inverter and standard project documentation and handover.

Battery enquiry
A useful battery quote starts with the property, current solar equipment and how you want to use stored energy.
Your property address is required so PSA can assess the actual site. It is used for the enquiry and is not displayed publicly.
Two ways to add storage
Both can work well. The right path depends on what is already installed and whether keeping the current solar inverter makes sense.

2026 battery support
The WA scheme publishes maximum support of $1,300 for eligible Synergy households or $3,800 for eligible Horizon Power households, based on 10 kWh usable capacity. PSA’s current vendor listing is for Synergy customers; Horizon Power customers need a Horizon-approved vendor.

Battery questions
Email your existing system details to sales@psawa.com.au.
Often, yes. PSA checks the inverter, switchboard, phase configuration, network requirements and condition of the existing system before recommending a retrofit pathway.
PSA installs selected FoxESS battery and inverter products when they suit the home, existing equipment, supply configuration and project goals. The exact model and usable capacity are confirmed during design.
The useful capacity depends on excess solar, evening demand, backup priorities and budget. A larger battery is not automatically a better fit.
Not automatically. Backup depends on inverter output, available battery energy and which circuits are included in the backup design.
Capacity is how much energy the battery can store. Backup power is how much demand the inverter and battery can supply at one time. Both matter when deciding which appliances or circuits can operate during an outage.
Sometimes. An AC-coupled battery may allow the current solar system to remain, but PSA first checks compatibility, system condition, phase configuration, network rules and whether a combined upgrade would be more sensible.
Eligible households may access WA state support and federal battery STCs. Product, vendor, capacity, VPP and household eligibility conditions apply.
Selected FoxESS ranges are modular, but later expansion depends on the installed model, compatible modules, inverter limits, system age and site conditions. Future capacity is best discussed during the original design.
Selected FoxESS systems support app monitoring. The available data and controls depend on the installed inverter, battery, metering and network connection.
