Store terms & conditions
Terms for supply-only equipment bought from the PSA online store. Installation is available through a separate property-specific quote.
These Terms & Conditions apply to supply-only products bought from the online store operated under the Perth Solar & Air brand by STRATTON COLLECTIVE PTY LTD (ABN 91 641 525 402) ("PSA", "we", "us" or "our").
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Products and supply-only scope
Unless the product page or a separate written quote expressly says otherwise:
- the purchase is for the listed equipment and stated inclusions only;
- installation, design, site inspection, permits, electrical work, commissioning and removal of existing equipment are not included; and
- installation can be requested separately and is subject to a property-specific written quote and separate agreement.
Check the exact model, specifications and inclusions before ordering. If you need a product for a particular purpose or system, tell PSA before ordering and wait for written confirmation if you intend to rely on our advice. This does not limit rights arising from advice or representations PSA makes.
2. Product information
PSA takes reasonable care to keep descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurate. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, and product packaging may change. The exact model and stated inclusions on the product page and order confirmation form part of the order.
If PSA identifies a material listing, price or availability error before supply, we will contact you promptly. You may confirm a corrected order or cancel it for a full refund of the affected amount.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products on these terms. An automatic acknowledgement that the order was received is not acceptance unless it expressly says so.
PSA accepts an order only when we send a separate order-acceptance email after confirming supplier availability and the delivery or collection arrangement. A Hostinger order receipt, Stripe payment confirmation or other automatic acknowledgement confirms only that the order and payment information were received; it does not by itself mean that PSA has accepted the order. If PSA cannot accept the order, any captured payment will be refunded in full.
PSA may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where we cannot lawfully supply it, payment is not authorised, the product is unavailable, or a material listing or price error has occurred. If PSA cancels after taking payment, we will refund the affected amount in full. This does not limit any other right or remedy available under law.
4. Prices and payment
All consumer prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Checkout will show the total price, including any unavoidable or pre-selected charge, before payment.
Installation is not included in a supply-only price unless a product page or separate written quote expressly includes it. Optional installation is priced separately. Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout. Your payment provider may apply its own terms.
5. Availability and estimated lead time
Current store products show an approximate three-to-four-week dispatch time. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery or collection date. Actual timing can change with supplier stock and transport.
PSA will provide clear availability information before accepting an order and will contact you if we become aware of a material delay. We will provide an updated estimate and any solution required by the Australian Consumer Law. PSA will not accept payment if we know, or should know, that we cannot supply by a promised date or within a reasonable time.
6. Delivery and collection
The available delivery or collection method and any charge are shown at checkout or confirmed in writing before PSA accepts the order. PSA will email when an order is ready to dispatch or collect. Do not travel to collect an order until you receive a ready-to-collect confirmation.
Tell us promptly if someone else will collect for you or if you need access or loading information. Checking packaging for visible damage at collection is encouraged where practical, but not doing so does not remove any Australian Consumer Law rights.
7. Changes, cancellations and change of mind
Email sales@psawa.com.au as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel an order. We will tell you what is still possible based on the order’s status and your legal rights.
PSA does not promise returns, exchanges or refunds where you simply change your mind, find a lower price elsewhere, choose an incompatible product without relying on PSA’s advice, or no longer need the product. Any voluntary exception must be agreed by PSA in writing. This does not apply where the Australian Consumer Law gives you a remedy.
8. Installation and use
Follow the product instructions and all applicable safety and legal requirements. Arrange required electrical, mechanical or commissioning work with an appropriately qualified provider. A problem caused by misuse, abnormal use or incorrect installation may not be covered by the consumer guarantees. Rights may still apply to a different problem not caused by those matters.
9. Consumer guarantees and manufacturer warranties
Products come with automatic consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies. These rights cannot be excluded by these terms or a manufacturer warranty. A manufacturer warranty may provide additional rights.
PSA may work with the manufacturer to assess or resolve a claim, but we will not require you to pursue the manufacturer instead of PSA where PSA is responsible for providing a remedy. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for how to raise a problem.
10. Personal information
PSA handles order and enquiry information as described in its Privacy Notice. Do not email card details or account passwords.
11. Changes to these terms
The version shown when PSA accepts your order applies to that order. Later changes will not apply retrospectively unless required by law or agreed with you.
12. Contact
Email is PSA’s preferred contact method: sales@psawa.com.au. Include your order number and a short description of the issue. Do not send or transport equipment for return until PSA confirms a safe return or collection arrangement.
